PASSWORD PROTECTION FOR FOLDERS AND DRIVERS

Everyone store the important files and folders in their PC and USB drivers. Some of them feel very insecure about the data and information in their PC and USB's. It is important to protect those important files and folders by providing some security systems to them. Password protection is one of the methods for protection of the folders.

There are two types of password setting for the folders, which include using the third party software and by not using the software. Let me discuss about some third party software's which provide passwords for the folders in the windows operating system............

7. FOLDER PASSWORD PROTECTION:

If you want to lock a folder then you simply Right-click that folder, select lock folder option from menu and then enter your password. If you want to access locked folder you want to enter the respective password of that folder. Folder Password Protection does not allow accessing locked folders in Windows Safe Mode, DOS...etc., It is also used to protect our files in the external drives although they are stolen.
